I have been griping about Niemi for years. He is a nice guy but he has never been a driver of improvement for Cox. The quality of students has risen substantially yet our rankings have been stagnant for years. Sadly, I think he just signed a new deal which will keep him here longer.......

That would be bad news. Honestly he's not terribly but he's been here for almost 20 years and it's time for new blood, new thinking to take us to a level where we need to be.
