Larry said in the DMN this morning that it was as loud as he has ever heard.

I think it was and I think it was more crowded than every game except maybe the Louisville game. The red seats still had a disappointing number of no shows.

Best crowd all season. The LSU fans did make some noise, which was fun.

I think our students "over subscribed" all their sections, if you know what I mean. Very glad to see it - weirdest thing is how the student areas always looks empty before the national anthem...., and then magically right at tip off its packed.....

Yeah, the LSU fans were good to have. They were loud and supported their team. But, they did not take over Moody like they anticipated. Not even close. But you can't tell that from their message board...

I watched the game again on TV last night and you could not hear the LSU fans at all.

If you have a few minutes to spare, go over to tigerdroppings and read the comments from the game.

This one from tigerdroppings was interesting:

Tonight, I ain't even mad. There have been games this year that we blew to lesser teams, this ain't one of them. SMU is better. The team played very hard tonight. I still think this season was not up to our talent level, but tonight doesn't make me feel any worse
