Someone please tell me that we have news about SMU and Mickey Mitchell. This kid is far better than many of the recruits that I have seen for 2015. Would be a fun player to watch at SMU! Rooting for a commitment.
Side note, there is an incredible "basketball" video on youtube of Mickey's brother Mike dunking in what I am guessing is a high school basketball game. I understand that Mike is not a basketball player in college, but is instead a linebacker playing football. Mike had some ridiculous athletic ability in high school. Probably one of the better dunks you will ever see from a high school kid! Here is hoping that SMU gets both brothers for football (Mike) and basketball (Mickey).

Would be awesome, but I think Mike is either going to Baylor or TCU, and I bet his brother follows him. We will see, though. I hope I'm wrong.StandUp wrote:Here is hoping that SMU gets both brothers for football (Mike) and basketball (Mickey).

I think they are just finishing school semester and may decide based on father's health at that time. I really don't see ANY thing suggesting they are headed to any particular school yet. I think everybody is guessing right now with little solid backing

Surely Mickey won't go to TCU.East Coast Mustang wrote:Would be awesome, but I think Mike is either going to Baylor or TCU, and I bet his brother follows him. We will see, though. I hope I'm wrong.StandUp wrote:Here is hoping that SMU gets both brothers for football (Mike) and basketball (Mickey).
