Frogs still can't believe they lost.. I had to speak up.What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.
You're right on! We can't believe it. We can't believe that we played so poorly enough to have a team like SMU beat us...
Go Frogs! Pony Up!
Now that is a delusional statement.
BCS if someone sues the BCS. Thats the only way, without playing Oklahoma, Texas, USC and N Dame in OOC schdule and beating them all. Come on dude. Mustang Militia: Fight the good fight"
Wouldnt that be hilarious if we actually won the dang thing.
Even with like a last second field goal loss. Man that would really shut a ton of folks up about us. ![]()
I am going to laugh when the Mormons hang 60 points on you!!
Whomever said wait until the Mormons hang 60 pts. on you is a really ignorant and stupid post. Who cares if their religious preference is Mormon. Where is your class?
Anyway, Utah last year would probably hang 60 pts. on any team. They are unbeaten in 18 games, and have one of the longest winning streaks in the country other than USC. SMU should be happy they do not have to play Utah. I admit if we can beat Utah it would be a great feat, but after watching our offense over the past two games it will be a difficult task. Best of luck with A&M. And good luck finding away to contain McNeal.
I don't think saying "Wait til the Mormons hang 60 on you" is any more offensive than someone saying "Wait til the Baptist (being Baylor) hang XYZ # of points" or "Wait til the Methodists (being us) hang XYZ # of points" ... or wait until the Catholics hang (ND). I don't know, I just don't find that offensive or classless. Perhaps I am even more out of touch with the PC'ness of the world than I thought. Or maybe I'm just really damn insensitive, but there's probably an even greater possibility that it's both.
