Other than Jordan Cornish and the 2 other kids from Tennessee is SMU considering any others for our 2014 Class? Are there any other high school kids or transfers interested in SMU? Or are we going to wait and use the Myles Turner scholarship on our 2015 Class? McCaw has committed, UNLV. Atwood has committed, Depaul. Anyone else on Indiana's Team looking for a new home? Who is left?

I like how we ask questions like these as if anyone on here is in charge of making these decisions....

I guess it never hurts to ask Agreed, none of us are in charge of making basketball decisions. I enjoy reading the opinions, at least it can be entertaining. Thank you ponfans.com Let's face it, more times than not, most of these posts are nothing more than speculation or just flat out personal opinions. Just funny how many posters claim to be self-proclaimed recruiting experts or claim to have sources "close to the situation" with no ability or willingness to share their confidential source Sometimes it is like listening to sports talk radio or watching tv when a reporter says that he has been told by "someone close to the program". The reporters who reveal their sources are always more accomplished and respected than those who know "someone close to the program"

Then please go elsewhere. You obviously don't get the way sources work and never will. I would love to see you get a rivals account just to watch you pester some of the most connected people in SMU athletics who their sources are just to see how quickly you would get banned.

I think we get Cornish and round out this class. Should be a very solid class- and 2015 could be really special

Yeah, that's a good way to have your tie cut from a source. Let me know how that works out for you StandUp. If sources were given, there'd be no need for the middle man or recruiting analysts, would be nice though. Maybe Cornish can just tell you where he's going and end this thing.

Kind of funny that the handful of us that claimed to have sources ended up being right today.

The only sources I trust are Barbeque, horseradish and cocktail.

Read that phrase over and over again and then sit down and think about what you just read.

Atwood committed to ASU...Wood committed to Depaul. We are looking at Cornish from the 2014 UT class and no one else. Also looking at JUCO Kevin Punter, prob a back up to Cornish.

Many people who did not claim to have confidential sources were correct about turner. It was not hard to predict.

6'4" 170 SG. Originally committed to Missouri. 247's crystal ball has him picking SMU. Baylor, Tennessee and Marquette are recruiting him as well. Plays for State Fair C.C. In Missouri. Originally from The Bronx, Punter averaged 20.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.4 steals per game for the Roadrunners. He shot 57% from the field, 37% from 3-point range, and 83% from the line. He averaged 12.6 points per game as a freshman, too. http://247sports.com/Player/Kevin-Punter-50595
