Colleges investigated for Title IX Sexual Assault Complaints

Title IX is being used to investigate SMU for a sexual assault on a male? That is stretching the statute a bit, I think. We put in the Bush Library and now we're on Holder's hit list.

In addition to what is being discussed above, the SMU police sent out a notice that
there had been a male on male sexual assault charge about a week or so ago in the
locker room of the Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports. The case is under investigation and
I have not seen any further news on this.

But,. YES, I know this doesn't apply to Title IX - just saying ......
