Three Ways to Renew:

Online – Renew your ticket account online here **Please note when you pay online, if you have a Mustang Club Donation Balance, you will have a separate invoice for payment due by May 30, 2014.**

Phone – Call 214-SMU-GAME (768-4263)

In-Person – SMU Ticket Office: Loyd All-Sports Center, 5800 Ownby Dr.

Payment Options:

Payment-In-Full – You may elect to pay for your season tickets in-full at the time you place your order or by June 20th, 2014.

Payment Plan – If you elect to participate in our payment plan, 25% of your account balance will be due by June 20, 2014. Your remaining account balance will be auto-charged to the credit card on file in three installments on August 1, September 1, and October 1, 2014. Credit/Debit cards are the only accepted method of payment for the auto-pay portion of this option. **Please note that the payment plan option is not available for the donation portion of your payment. Donations must be paid in full by May 30, 2014.**

Still not posted, still waiting for my call back from Ticket Office as to when it will be resolved. Seriously gets annoying making it a daily ritual to call in and check on status.

Haha, unfortunately a Ticketmaster glitch prevented SMU from being ready for me to pay this time. Thanks for helping clear up the issues SMUPR. Ready to go for next season.

If you're a season ticket holder you would have received that email regarding the payment plan. That's what mine said. SMU does that for football as well. Hey, if they're allowing you to pay through installments, take advantage of it. Why stick a chunk of money at one time if you don't have to.
