I do too. . . Still haven't figured out why Germany disliked the United States that much to bomb Pearl Harbor.

Can you help me understand that because it's all likely under an operational budget for 14-15. And they wouldn't offer the plan if they weren't being mindful to people who have budgets as well and need to parcel things out in order to make it work. It's a very savvy move for SMU to do this.

I agree it's great for SMU to do this. I obviously have no idea how the SMU budgets work, but we are talking about millions of dollars here - and it's always better go get money sooner rather than later if you need to shift payments around for interest, etc. If I am going to give SMU X dollars all in the same tax year, I would rather just do it but I understand why others would rather keep it as long as possible. No big deal.

Purely hypothetical, if you did not want someone, your spouse hypothetically, to hypothetically know you were spending big bucks, you might, hypothetically of course, do it in smaller chunks to hypothetically be less noticeable.
