This is one time where I have no problem with the NCAA on this. You have to understand they get a ton of these hardship requests in multiple sports. And let's be real here that people abuse this hardship waiver thing to the point where (this has been posted) the NCAA is going to overhaul this hardship policy beginning in 2015-16.

So just hang in there for the next couple of months.

So…if Tolbert looks at the depth chart and doesn't like what he sees or gets frustrated with the process can he withdraw his application and just wait it out until next year?
