Uzo was in my graduating class at Garland High School prior to being a Pony. Always a classy, intelligent guy who represented both schools very well. Thanks for the story!

I was always a fan of Uzo -- as a player and as a person.
That long career he's had couldn't happen to a better guy.

One of my favorite Mustang moments:

We were playing in Ownby in probably 89 or 90, and Uzo made about his umpteenth tackle. One of the guys behind me said out loud, "Uzo, that's that Greek boy."
