Saw this posted the SMU Athletics Facebook page. Yet another indication that we're going with the retro blue uniforms this season. I approve!

SMU reps distributing these posters at the July 4 Park Cities parade and celebration at Goar Park. Had lots of giveaways. Mustang Band there, too.

I still think the "SMU" is kind of high school and one of the things from 80s that is best left in the 80s, but everybody seems to like it so live and let live!

Hope it's either the school color Yale blue or royal blue of the 80s. Not this pale chalk UCLA blue.

Blue is great and we need the SMU branding every chance possible on TV. The little mustang just didn't cut it at all.

I would like for the "SMU" to be like the one that was suggested for our basketball uniforms in the coach Maligi instagram. Use the official SMU font
