Official OOC Schedule

All the RPI complaints are pretty much worthless; had we won one more game last season--any one game--we would have been in the tournament and the RPI argument would never have been heard. Too few wins should be a non-issue this season. So adding big names to the schedule, like Michigan and Indiana, even in a down year is great for our profile. Playing low tier teams are wins that allow for some of our outstanding players who are on the bench to get more minutes and fired up. Let's have a first class season; I'm excited just thinking about it!

Has anyone run the numbers on how the entire schedule rates as a whole compared to last year with the loss of the 2 Louisville games

Sooner or later (and whether you like it or not) trying to hold on to rivalries is going to be bad for business in the world of big-time college athletics.

My guess on the reason ABC will air this game in Primetime is to give one last salute to historic college rivalries, which are dying. If you haven't heard, they are bad for the future of college athletics.

One positive, we will still get Indiana, Michigan and Gonzaga in Moody with Nic and Markus as seniors, KF more seasoned and what looks like a very good 2015 class.
