I met my dear wife of 22 years just inside Hyer Hall one cold day in February of '88. Offered her my coat. She turned me down.

My old roommate met his wife on campus and got married in Perkins.

I met my current girlfriend on campus who was a cheerleader there.

This may get deleted, but true story: I know of a wedding where 4 of the 5 groomsmen "met" the bride at SMU.

My girlfriend at the time (Baylor Nursing student) was shocked.

BTW - the groomsman who didn't "meet" her was the brother of the groom.
