Your first problem with World Cup is putting all your eggs in the ol' USA basket. Much like SMU, we really only started seriously trying 10 years ago. When you are cheering for USA it's like cheering for SMU.

As EJ points out in this DMN piece, JJ's comment regarding the have nots will not go away. Why in the hell did he say that, seriously?

All a part of his victim's narrative. He'll make many more statements like this before he's done at SMU.

EJ hates June...I thought what June said was dumb but to say it will "not go away" is taking things a little far. Yeah, maybe he'll get a question about it at media day but this isn't like the OJ Simpson Trial or something
