SID, how come no stripes on the white pants?

The whites are the same as last year, but I'm pushing hard for those next year. Lots of support for them.

So...will we be able to buy them? I know my kid has wanted a "real" jersey for a few years now and all we could find in youth sizes was the black one from the AFB.

As the self-appointed uniform czar of PonyFans, I LOVE them. Complete 180 from what we've worn the past two years.

A few tweaks I'd like to see:

1. Stripes on all pants
2. no blue outline of the pony on the grey pants
3. Go back to the wide stripes on the middle of the helmet
4. No BLACK Nike swoosh on white jersey!! (BBall unis had these last year too)

I agree wholeheartedly with all four!

I think we have been through this before, but basketball can't do anything about the black swoosh unless Nike custom makes jerseys for us (you can not change the swoosh color on their templates like you can change the logo color on the adidas templates). It drives me nuts too.

Football probably can't do anything either, because I assume we are buying blank blue, red, and white jerseys which would have default manufacturer logos as well.

I actually thought the grey pants looked kind of tan in the room... they didn't really look grey like that in person. Might have been the lighting though.

They just need the white pants to have the same stripes as the gray pants, and make

the stripes on the helmets bigger.

Great job SMU, SID, coaches and any/all involved. Love the "BIG SMU", blue is my favorite color ... so my opinion on that is obvious, and I never had a problem with red. I'm not as hung up on the helmets as some ... as long as the "Pony" is on the side it looks good in all colors to me. So a red or whatever version once in awhile is cool with me. With all the crazy color combo's out there (I understand it), but you gotta have a clean white/white version to IMO ... it's classic.

Got to market your brand, and got to start somewhere ... this is a good start, but should not be the end-game. Jerry Jones proves marketing can make the most mediocre team around the second most valuable sports team in the world. Oregon's national popularity (yes they are very good team) really hit stride when they stepped up the imagine game. That brings attention, excitement and changes perception of who you are and where you are headed ... every business knows that. You sell the sizzle not the steak ... yes, eventually the product has to back the hype.

The gray pants with the blue jerseys will look good. Especially with the red helmets. That was my uni.

The white & gray pants are interchangeable. We showed them with the red, but they could be worn with blue. White pants shown with blue, but could be worn with reds.

Outstanding. The white on white is great. Hope that it worn for all road games.

Yes. All whites for road games (although those also look good with the gray pants).

Now we have numerous looks we can roll out.
