Sports psychologist

I know y'all will probably think this is a dumb question and suggestion, but does the team have a sports psychologist? I know there are a myriad of problems, but maybe if someone could come in and try to help the guys change their mindset, it could help a bit - mind over matter, self-fulfilling prophecy and all that stuff. :roll:

I think Dr Phil's son is a freshman at SMU. Maybe he can get the old man to give some free advice. Dr Phil played at Tulsa btw.
