Unless that is the case, I have no problem with Emegolu. We need more of that attitude/leadership on our football roster

Kids didn't even know about him resigning. A friend of mine on the team said they had a meeting this morning and no one knew

Why would any team party after a loss? In all my years of sports, not once was that the case.
Mostly, we got hammered with our mates (mine and opponent alike).

Ben just got a huge shout out from Mike and Corby on the Hardline. They read his tweet and gave him big props for caring. Also, they mentioned him being a transfer from VT, and that sports fans around here will know his name soon.
