I thought his comment about how weird it was that ALL of our players looked the same. All look 5'11" 220. No tall WR, no huge lineman, no bowling ball RB's, all just 5'11". Said we looked like a High School team and it was obvious recruiting had greatly suffered. Really good interview. My concern was they what pin it on the university.

No tall WR's true, except Gaines is actually huge out there. Aren't Line and Pope the definition of bowling ball RB's?

Line isn't fast enough to be a bowling ball.
He would make a nice FB in a lot of schemes. He just isn't fast enough, big enough, or elusive enough to be the feature back in a 1 back set.
I'll speculate this, with no corroborating evidence...could there be a "Ron Washington" style exit for a real reason rather than we are going to 'Oh-fer' this year? Can't help but wrap my mind around the same media-speak that the two statements are remarkably similar in structure.
I know some of you folks are far more media-savvy than I am, so is this just the PC nice way of saying your out with a nefarious reason, or is it something else? (besides the current state of the program)...
