Adrian Peterson, Jerome Simpson departures give Vikings roster options

Fullback Zach Line said he's been told he's a candidate for the roster spot cleared when Adrian Peterson was suspended indefinitely on Wednesday.
Peterson's placement on the NFL's exempt list allows the Vikings to replace him on the 53-man roster.

Would be great for ZL if he got activated again. Needs to get some more PT and show what he can do.
