You're fine. Few of my comments are the result of one post, its all cumulative from the fan base. This whole we've lost momentum garbage is hilarious. What's the one thing we don't have to offer this cycle, despite the number of open ships? Playing time at a school w/no tradition. You know how we would have recruited better this cycle? If we didn't bury Keith Frazier so far behind a Chicago kid in the same class, he could barely see. SHould we have done that? Hell no. Beyond that, a top 20 team has been put together in 2 years, and looks good for the next two. This staff is living proof that there are more than a few ways to skin a cat. We've got transfers, a JC kid, some 3 stars, a 5th year graduate transfer etc. At the end of the day, they amass talent. It's not about rankings in this case, its about getting kids you know can play....see Sterling, Ben, Emelogu, Tolbert, Nic etc. If we miss on Fatty Elijah, I have no doubt we'll call in a favor and make something happen
I can't speak for the rest but I think my problem heavily relates to football struggles. I am just being impatient regarding BBall.

Here's the negatives
1) Mudiay, if the decision was his
How common is it for players to break onto the scene late (recruits)? Or is the landscape of the 2015 class of HS players well known due to all of the leagues/tournaments?

There's always kids who blow up senior year of high school and become hot commodities in the Spring. Their offers tend to overstate their abilities though, cause by seasons end, all programs have holes and they reach. Also, a handful of kids will reclassify who may be quality '16 kids. Lastly, there's always euros etc, though that presents its own challenges

Nobody is. The best of the best are only right about 80% of the time.
Then how do we know your statement is right?
Because I feel like this is in my 80%...then again, I think I'm likely wrong 80% of the time so does that make me right or wrong? My head hurts!

Then you are 64% correct and 80% paranoid? Or 64% right 80% wrong? Now my head hurts.

For whatever it's worth, I remember being a student and not worrying about showing up at tip because I'd be one of the few there. Now, as I move to Austin, I worry about not even able to score a ticket. Great problem to have, but I feel I should get some kind of priority treatment.

Sometimes they even blow up after the recruiting season. Emelogu is a great example as SGP was one of the biggest upsets I remember winning the State Championship where he was MVP with about 24 points and then he went off in Texas High school All Star game with about 38

I hope Yanick's truly as good as his stock suggests right now. But I like Cunningham's game a lot. Ham handed at times, but he can be a really nice player.
