Re: D Real Estate Daily: SMU Football and Real Estatesilly article. just get rid of cronyism and replace with good leadership. not sure how to do that but "models" can always go awry if you've got bad leadership
Re: D Real Estate Daily: SMU Football and Real EstateIt is simple. SMU needs people who are passionate about their university, no matter what the age or financial status. A small alumni base and an even smaller one living in north Texas make that even more important. To bring fans they need to change their opinions of themselves from one that is exclusive to one that is inclusive! Nobody likes snobs except other snobs.
Re: D Real Estate Daily: SMU Football and Real EstateWhile it's probably true most of the under-40 crowd don't have the resources of their older alumni, they do have something that the older (generally speaking) don't have or use; receptiveness to social networks and crowd funding.
Re: D Real Estate Daily: SMU Football and Real Estate
Agree with you, this is our program too. We need to be completely inclusive with our alumni and welcome them into fanhood, whether delusional or not everyone is welcome.
Re: D Real Estate Daily: SMU Football and Real Estateto set an example of a "youth movement" I think
we should fire Larry Brown and bring in a young guy! C-ya @ Milos!
