Did anyone else see Ucla and asu? The asu helmets were awful. Looked like someone threw up on it to get the design.

I miss the days when football uniforms were classic and well designed to represent the institution they played for, not for consumer shock value.

Some of those unis are ugly. And you probably had people complaining when some of those schools back then went to those unis. Bottom line is SMU did not always wear blue with white helmets. It's not consumer shock value it is because some really do look better and recruits like them. Just because they are well designed to you doesn't mean they are well designed to someone else. Nice to see you don't fit that of the typical SMU conservative stuck in the mud elitest.

Many of the uniforms today reflect the lack of taste in society in general. A degrading, if you will, of the culture.

If your shoulder pads aren't three times larger than your head, then you aren't playing real football.

It makes USC and OSU look like an alien out of Men In Black.

BTW, congratulations SMU1523, you are the first person in the history of ever to post a picture of the Boz and say it represents a movement away from "consumer shock value".

Since you are in Arkansas you probably think anything other than dirt floors show a lack of taste in society and a degrading of culture.

Every school's flashy jersey is laughed at by everyone else. I like the helmet.

I don't think so but regardless, if they did it certainly gives strength to your statement since we all know it was a documentary.

More of a representation than a documentary. LOL.
