That chicken [deleted] is sitting on a beach or diddling a volleyball ball player somewhere in Hawaii. Meanwhile, these players, Mason, Hart and the fans have to face this embarrassment and take all of the abuse. If that POS was really a man of character he would be here to face the music. Instead he ran away. In the final analysis, this tells us all we need to know about June the man.
June has "personal issues" with coaching poorly recruited teams.

Our poor defense. No help at all from the offense.
Long live Inez Perez!

Patterson throws a pass up 49-0 with only 5 minutes or so to go in the game.

wcj- are you referring to that fat sweat-slob with the purple tent shirt on the froggie sideline who lives down by the river? You can take the frog out of the water but sooner or later he will croak. BTW- done any drug testing this year????????

Haha! Fair enough. But If the shoe were on the other foot, how many of y'all would want the SMU coaches to not run up the score?

I'm going to remember your reference to Patterson as your "great and loveable" coach if you guys continue struggling in Big XII play and SMU eventually reaches a point where we beat you again in this rivalry game. I expect you will be among those calling for Gary's head at that point. As for running up the score, I agree with your point and as Spurrier always says "just get better players and stop us because I'm not going to tell my guys not to try". Of course, Spurrier might also have put his backups in early in the 2nd half to get them some experience in case they are needed when conference play begins

iirc- there have been several games in the past few years that we did not run up the score.

I'd want our coach and team to have some class. And god willing within a couple of years we will have an opportunity to teach you.

I have always been a believer that you run your offense, but you empty the bench. This gets your twos and threes ready in case they need to step in. It also limits the exposure to your starters. Would I have been throwing bombs at 42-0. No... If you hit it, you lose the reps that are valuable for those guys. On top of that, the optics of it aren't good.

kudos to anyone who had the stomach to watch this game. Not sure if it's easier to watch in the stadium at least having the opportunity to boulevard but it is insufferable to try to watch this [deleted] on TV. we'll see if we can get a coach in here that can actually do anything moving forward but it will be a 24-7 job to make up for the 4 yr vacation jones was living in. Oh, and yeah, [deleted] you June. .
at least we have basketball to look forward to.
