Student tour by stadium

Postby tristatecoog » Sat Sep 27, 2014 7:30 pm

I saw a SMU student conducting a tour with about 15 prospective new students by the stadium. Prospective students probably care more about the party on the Boulevard and the activity among students all around campus that what happens on the football field.

Men's and Women's soccer played this weekend, and I know Women's Volleyball has a game soon, so they have a chance to see highly trained student-athletes succeeding at SMU on campus. Time to support successful programs on the hilltop and demand success in football as well.

Does the university provide the bulletproof vests for the U of H campus tour?

Yeah, I saw 'em.

I'll tell you this. If I was a senior in high school and I walked through our quad, at least last week, and saw what I saw SMU would have shot to the top of my list, regardless of the on-the-field product.
