Savages in South Carolina.....

Postby TidePony » Sat Sep 27, 2014 10:17 pm

Everybody at the Missouri-South Carolina game is flipping birds http://t.co/1ZbHRXBRax

Thank goodness no one acts like that at SMU or Bama games!

Okay, I'm joking!

It is always women doing such things. They know, unlike with men, they can say or do just about anything without risk of getting punched in the face

Fizzou "fans" are the worst. I would rather sit next to a serial killer during a game.

I laughed... Alabama fans just hold their classless behavior for after the game... then, tea bagging, poisoning trees, and killing people because they weren't upset enough about losing the Iron Bowl all become fair game.

I'll post important announcements about he upcoming game throughout the week...

First announcement is that Ole Miss has decided to be a gracious host and is setting up a special booth next to the baseball stadium where Alabama fans and their spouses can have a houndstooth pattern shaved in their back hair. In addition, there will be a "Build Your Own Row Tahd Sign" bar next to the back hair shaving booth and a chapel tent so that Alabama fans can pray to Bear Bryant in a quiet area prior to the game.

That used to scare people. I don't think OL miss looks like they will be scared this year.

Alabama was horrible the first 3 games, then much improved against Florida. Alabama has not lost to the Rebel Pledge Bears since a Manning was QBing. This team is not as good as some in the past. Hopefully they can line up against a very good team in Oxford next Saturday.

Despite the fact that I'm going to trash talk all week :D, I'm not exactly confident about this game.

I think that Ole Miss does have the talent to win... I'm just not sure this program/team/staff are really ready to step up to the big stage.

That said, my feeling is that this game could easily turn into a defensive slug fest. Ole Miss' front seven is good enough, I think, to contain (not stop - just contain) Alabama's running game and I think the secondary is the best the Tide will face all year. On the flip side, I just don't see how Ole Miss is going to run the ball at all against Alabama's front... the Rebels will end up being one dimensional which is never a good thing against a Nick Saban coached defense.

I can easily see this ending up a 17-14 type game despite both teams' fairly lofty offensive stats so far.

Oh, by the way... what do you think of one of the Gameday signs I'm making for some people (I'm not even getting to go to the game... how terrible is that):
