Like Bus, I've always subscribed to the "Big Uglies" school of football. Get as many large barely sentient guys for the front lines and let them do their thing. When you look around the country, if you can dominate the line, you win games. A good O lines gives you another 1/2 second for the QB to find a receiver or a hole for the back to run through. A good D line stops runs and causes QB's to be nervous thus increasing the chance for turnovers or incomplete passes. I still remember the year the Redskins won the Super Bowl with Mark Rypien as QB and he wasn't sacked all year. Or the year they beat Denver with a running back getting 235 yards rushing and Doug Williams tossing 4 TD's in one quarter. That's an O line that dominates. Whoever is head coach, build the line first, and the QB's will come knowing they won't have to run for their lives.

The biggest case in point are the Cowboys this season. Our offensive and defensive lines should be better than last year, not worse, just out of maturity. Something is wrong.
