I will be there Thursday from 11:30-1 to Hear and SUPPORT Coach Tom Mason. It's at Moody's new Miller Center. Should be a great way to do what WE can do to really get behind OUR Football Team that is really trying to make us proud. (Even if that's not the case for Eric Dickerson and Cole Beasley!). We still have a lot of games left (over half the season is left). See y'all there!

I would recommend as many as possible to take advantage of this opportunity. Coach Mason has a vision for the team and a desire to connect more with the SMU community. He is approachable and enjoyable to talk to. Please go and see for yourself that he is genuine and Available

I will be there. I may be in the minority, but I would like to see Mason given a shot at the job permanently. I really like his attitude.

Incredible

I feel like SMU fans are.... just SMU fans and not sports fans. So they have no context and are clueless.

I really like Mason. I think he has done a great job for SMU the last month in the midst of a difficult situation.
I would think that the only way he gets a real shot at the job is for us to win 6-7 games this year. If that happens I would think he would at least get a shot at the job.
With all that said, unless they do something amazing in the next 2 months I expect SMU to move in other directions.

Not related to TM.

If he can pull off this year with a good record, I think he has a shot. What a story to be told and he really works!!!

Unfortunately, I have a conference call at noon. Would have been there otherwise to show my support.

Many of us out of towners would like to be able to make it, so for those local guys take advantage of it.
