Golf Tournament $$$$

Postby BUS » Thu Oct 06, 2005 9:27 am

Wow, I was thinking about playing. The football tournament is like $125 which is close to the same price of the M-club tournament.

I can not explain that amount to momma for golf.

Maybe I'll just send them a chack for $50 bucks and say no thanks to the round of golf.

Maybe I won't participate until Tubbs can recruit a local basketball player to SMU. Now, that would be a novel concept.

Bus, I said the same thing in the Hoops Tidbits topic below. I wondered if that $400 thing was a misprint. I guess not.

That is stupid. Should be no more than $150. You aren't playing with Caoch K.

With my company credit card I play in tournament that are this expensive, even more so. But for a fan, that is too much to handle.

I am sure that the turn out will be good and they will make some money.

Cuban might even be there. Never know. Bamba's dad works for the Mavs.

Not exactly true

Amadou Fall is Bamba's uncle. Bamba's father, unfortunately, passed away a year or so ago. He and his uncle are close, from what I understand.
