Me too, and if Mason goes elsewhere, I'll support him there, too. Smart guy who works hard and does things the right way. I hope it works out for him.

Even if he is an assistant for TCU or a team in our conference?
put me down as a guy who likes Mason and believes he was the only choice for head coach to finish out this season...but I also understand if the program wants to clean house and start from scratch come Pearl Harbor Day

Tomorrow Evening
Coach Mason's Mustang Hour. 6:00 to 7:00 October 16th at Mannys Uptown Tex Mex, 3521 Oak Grove (Lemmon Ave. & Oak Grove)
Did you say MANNYS??? As in best margarita ever????
The next head coach should absolutely be one who has strong local ties, and excels at recruiting the DFW area. I think that would eliminate anyone on the current staff.
I don't think it is an official SMU sponsored event. I don't think an email went out to anyone. Just a twitter by someone inviting everyone to stop by. Not sure. Anyway, really appreciate the effort by Coach Mason to make himself available. Sounds like a nice time.
