Anyone know what the feeling is on the OU board?

Over the weekend and for the last week or two really, the biggest buzz has been to Oklahoma. SMU buzz has picked up steam over last two days.

Had you asked me Sunday I would have said OU for sure. Probably even so on Monday. Today, neither OU or SMU will surprise me.

I guess every fan always points the finger at how other teams recruit. but honestly, we're not talking about SMU football vs. OU football. IMO, OU basketball has nothing on SMU basketball, and then it comes down to do you want to learn from LB or Kruger, do you want to live in Dallas or Norman. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Honestly, not much activity. For the most part, basketball is an afterthought at OU.

IMO, OU basketball has nothing on SMU basketball, and then it comes down to do you want to learn from LB or Kruger, do you want to live in Dallas or Norman. Seems pretty obvious to me.

Kruger is a good coach in a better conference. OU made it to the NCAA big dance and SMU did not. Handlers etc are in the equation as well. With that said I think SMU has the edge since OU recently got a commitment from Rashard Odomes.

Difference is 2 hours versus 4 hours. Not that much closer, it would more be a decision to play for the home state.

dont' disagree with anything you said. nothing against kruger, just believe LB > Kruger, and OU Basketball is not better than SMU basketball. They do have a better and deeper conference overall with top dogs like Kansas etc, but I think their allegations that we're doing something dirty is just baseless. Who's to say they're not if we want to throw unsubstantiated dirt.
