1) Winless season;
2) Current road winless streak (longest in school history); and
3) Failure to play most talented QB on roster (Phillips).

I don't know if Phillips is the most talented QB on the roster, and even if he is, that ain't saying much. Perhaps better to say "Failure to give an expeienced third QB a chance when the two ahead of him cannot produce."

4) (its beyond Phillips)-failure to utilize and develop best young athletes.

I nominate
5) the number of blocked punts allowed
6) Defensive meltdowns….7 lifetime wins, 14 lifetime losses of 30+ points or more
7) Last year we allowed 5 teams to score 227 unanswered points against us.
 Rashaun Woods

I really don't know what to make of Rashaun Woods. We clearly had him covered on at least 5 of those TD's. He was just taller and was able to push off at will. Triple covering him would have meant that someone else would have scored 7 touchdowns. That was a situation where a clearly great wideout was covered by a decent but average DB and a QB was able to throw the ball on the mark. Now, if you want to talk about lack of pass rush, you won't get any argument from me on that topic because in my view that is what was responsible for the QB having time to thread the needle to Woods.

triple coverage may have left someone else open, but it would have been very unlikely that one other individual would have caught every single TD pass, and it would have kept him from getting the record against us....at least we could have had some pride....seriously, this program is grasping at straws now...we are doomed.

We've been doomed for some time now actually..

Yeah, like don't take the SMU HC job, you will be better off if everybody thinks you are a AC genius.
