So our players would rather suffer humiliating loss after humiliating loss just to sock it to the fans? Is that the comment?

That makes very little sense. These kids don't want to lose, they want to win.

To be fair, Tiger High probably does have the least intelligent fans in our conference... so, it follows that they'd put out the weakest smack talk, too.
