For those who missed it, UNT beat the C-USA co-champ tonight, and it wasnt an accident. Everyone should remember C-USA, the conference that told SMU it wasnt wanted. Cincinnati beat TCU this year, and played Hawaii right down to the wire, losing by one.

Tell me again that story about UNT not being able to beat anyone in the WAC. After the debacle of our latest basketball game I need a good laugh.

Congrats to NTSU. Too bad Cavan couldn't/wouldn't get Brandon Kennedy admitted to SMU. He is a heck of a player. 5 INTs by Cincy was impossible to overcome. Props to NTSU though. They played tough and deserved to win. Now maybe C-USA will go 0-5 in bowls.

My name is Jon Embree, BBA Finance SMU 1987, Masters in Biochemistry, SMU 2000. I played offensive guard for the Mustang football team from 1982-86. I'd really like to hear all about who you are, or who you think you are, and why you think I'll "never be a Mustang." Please elaborate.

PX I'm not sure who he was responding to but I'm not sure it was you. If it was you then he was probably mixed up. On this type of board it's sometimes very difficult to follow the train of thought from one post to the next.

Sorry for the mix up but I was most certainly not responding to you. I was responding to the UNT fans that frequently come into our forum. I probably went too far but I was pretty upset because I would like to see a good team before I graduate and it's going to be tough for us. I really look up to you if you played during that time frame. You guys were great. I'm not really stuck up but I had to say some stuff to get the Mean Green folks to shut up. Sorry, I'm new to the forum and I don't always click on the person I'm responding to yet. It won't happen again.
