Well this was disappointing. Doug Feinberg, the AP basketball writer just wrote an article in which he picked Connecticut to win the American Conference basketball race. The Ponies, under Coach Brown, are picked to finish 7th! I thought the beginning of the BB season was going to bring us relief. Here's the paragraph: South Florida was picked to finish second in the conference followed by East Carolina, Temple, Tulane, Memphis, SMU, Cincinnati, Tulsa, UCF and Houston.

Fine with me if folks want to underestimate us; that much more sweet when we kick their asses!

Memphis, SMU & Cincy behind the likes of USF, ECU, Temple & Tulane? Can't possibly be right? He is the national WOMEN'S writer!!!

Aac is a really tough women's conference. We love Rhonda, but she is no Larry.
