I hear this from a lot of Ole Miss fans, but they can't point to anything specific. While there are many specific examples of turner supporting athletics/FB at SMU. Just wondering what he did specifically to [deleted] of ole miss fans, or was it just losing?

For what it's worth, according to the budgets, Ole Miss spends about the same on athletics as we do, even today.

However, as Stallion has pointed out, that could be a bit off due to accounting if SMU is counting the potential tuition moeny towards athletic scholarships.
