I disagree. I have always disagreed. Statistically it is stupid not to go for it when you know it necessary. That way strategy can be adjusted. I know I am the only one that thinks that.

if SMU had a real QB I'd move him to Receiver because that's the easiest transition. But he really might be an outstanding RB too if you had time to develop him. Size, strength and speed probably best models Strong Safety

If we had a true spread option offense that does not take 2 years to learn he would be a fine QB in my opinion.
