It prolongs Bennett's not getting replaced.
But, it was a great win.

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!
For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

Might not do a lot for the board, but Putt's right.

Putt is not right. The best thing that could happen for this program is for this team to finish strong and for Bennett to turn this thing around next year. Getting another coach in here with a "we're building for the future message" is far from ideal. We arent going to hire a big name, so pull for Bennett.

Putt and Kappas, hope you stick around for 10 posts.
SMU beat a ranked TCU team, nearly knocked off Marshall on the road and only lost to Baylor by five in front of a stadium with half Bear fans. Ask A&M how tough BU is this year.
There are definitely some pieces that need to be worked out but the defense (PB specialty) is solid, except for two games this year.
Send the Pirates off the plank!

I'd have a bad attitude, too, if I had to clang 3 putts!

Wow! Last week there were how many posts wanting to get rid of Bennett?
One win changes that much?
And what would have been the feelings if the last-ditch pass had been incomplete? Probably something like, "Oh, we played so much better. We just barely lost. Let's give Bennett some more time."
All the win did was get a lot of you off his back for another week.
Changes need to be made from top to bottom. The sooner the better.

It's all true, what you say, the sunshiners do not need much motivation to announce all is well. Hell, I even saw one thread where we're gonna run the table and go 7-4 and go bowling, according the the sunshiners. They're really a pretty funny lot.

Nope. The difference is that I didn't respond to 'Three Putt' in a negitive way for saything the same things I said a week ago. My opinions have not changed after one win.
