What happens if no g5 team is ranked in cfb playoff rankings at the end of the year?

The committee will choose which one gets invited.

My post is not intend to be a Pro TCU vs. Baylor. I would be happy for Baylor as well, and pumped if both were in. My reference is that TCU worked/fought their way out of the lower level G5 world and now has a seat at the table .... good for them, good for the underdogs and small private schools. Yes Baylor is also private, but they have been in the SWC and Big 12 for some time ... not the same challenge IMO. But again, I would be happy for Baylor.
