Make up for it by going to a football game. It will even out your karma.

well I didn't post it but when I went down during a timeout-I definitely thought to myself who are these [deleted] chatting on the concourse while the game was on

Was it in the northeast corner (near section 206)? If so, I noticed the same thing. Some people are just oblivious.

My only complaint was the intro, no beat playing during the intros, no 7 nation army, nothing to get the fans fired up. The video was sort of quietly watched.

Everything else seemed pretty on point

You are right about quietly watching...could be that it was the first time everyone was seeing it and wanted to focus on it though.

Need fire/fireworks or something like last yr.
7 nation army
Louder music
Glow sticks were great
Hopefully we can have rally towels for the big games

I liked the "bricks" in the end zone. They showed very well on TV

I thought it was fine... I recognized coming home on the piano, but it seemed odd that it was so short. The other video I thought was fine. People were just quietly watching, taking it in for the first time this season. I suspect it will be fine as the season goes along.

I also wouldn't be surprised if there is another video/intro sequence with MK.

Nobody has forgotten about 7 nations. You need something to "turn it up to 11" in the big games. We will hear a lot of new stuff at the Arkansas game, I am sure.

One thing - sound seemed just a little off. Not at the right level and a bit tinny. But I am sure they will fix that soon.

When do students get tickets for Ark or has that been done already?

students have already picked up tickets for Arkansas so I'm sure it would be easy to find out how many were picked up. I went over late to get tickets and section 112 for texas southern was still available but it was not for arkansas. So I assume for the southern game there will be very few students. Arkansas I hope there will be students (I will be there) but all of the guys I go to games with are leaving for thanksgiving before the game. Either way I think the student attendance takes a hit which is a huge bummer.

I ask because I know some international students who will be here over break and would like to go but aren't fully plugged in on the ticketing process.

yeah they should call the ticket office. I hope im wrong but I really doubt all of the arkansas tickets have been picked up, and if they have been picked up I bet they arent all used. The good news is section 112 (the mob) was full for that arkansas game, I just think the secondary student seats wont be full
