Recruits at Tulane Game?

Postby SWC2010 » Sun Sep 25, 2005 9:59 am

Who was the HUGE kid on our sidelines before the game?

He was at least the size of Haywood.

I'm trying to find out who he was -- I'll post it if I do.
But he's a hell of a lot bigger than Haywood. I'd guess he's at least 320 or 330. Haywood looks like a little kid next to him.
Wonder if he can play, or if he's just a big guy?
Because of all the schedule changes with the change in game time, most recruits weren't at the game. Hope we can get a win between now and the next home game so we can get some good ones to Ford in a few weeks.
Go Mustangs!

I saw a kid talking before the game to Coach Sawyer (who is also a big guy that hasn't missed many meals).

And the kid was considerably bigger & taller than the Coach.

I can't think of a game in last 5 years that was this bad. I was bored beyond belief. Can you imagine a recruit saying "I sure want to be a part of this".

We are going to get killed in recruiting this year.

We ARE ALREADY getting killed....

Question is this..would you rather have a recruit see 16k fans against Tulane or 6k fans against ECU...there are no easy answers here...at least with Tulane the 'Vard is more alive.

Has anybody heard anymore about this big guy? His whereabouts?

Anything?

Take heed, young PonyFans, because Stallion knows from his experience:

A. as a coach (nope
B. as a player (nope)
C. a recruiting analyst (nope)
D. because he tells everyone who will listen that he knows the answers to all of life's questions.

Ikus, you forgot to add that he apparently has nothing else to do but sit on here and complain. As I have consistently said, he knows nothing more than what he reads on Rivals.

And Ponyfan and Ikus, you both forgot to mention that for all your criticisms of Stallion, he carries more weight on this board than either one of you….it’s not even close…
