You are referring to how terrible and unwatchable we are this year, right?

This is the third 11:00 home game kick off. Blvd Renewals will be an issue. This is Texas, games in September need to be in the evening. If the TV revenues are that much more that we are relegated to 11:00am, then there is not much point in tailgating. I have had a tent for 7 year and never have seen so many ill scheduled games culminating with Homecoming in mid November in the dark. I can understand one 11:00 game but not half the home games.

Yeah a pitch black Blvd was really weird, esp since lighting isn't the best on campus.

The schools have no control over start times. We had a bunch of 11AM kicks last year. They suck.

I guess we should be glad the games are televised at all...But yes, the homecoming game at 7:00 in November was stupid.
On a holiday weekend, 11:00am isn't terrible I guess. But if you are pitching a tent I can see how that would cause you to have to get up and going rather early.

didn't help with the idiots who plugged in space heaters and blew the breakers in the power sources on the boulevard lampposts.

And people wonder why attendance is down across the nation. Between terrible start times and 4+ hrs games thanks to spread offenses and commercial breaks, it's getting harder and harder to get excited about game days in person.
I know TV dictates start times and you've got to get that exposure, but safe to say that this season would've been better untelevised. At least give the loyal fans time to get drunk on the Blvd before the game...
