Particularly vs. #2 AZ on Dec 6th..

I just can't agree, I hope I'm wrong because I prefer them to the traditional powers, and I mean they've done some nice things, but I really think an athletic team that can rebound and defend the perimeter could give Gonzaga trouble

Honestly if smu showed up and had our full deck ( Kennedy) we would be an ok match up wih them. They would struggle against teams that can match their size and have athletism on the peremiter (ut Kentucky Kansas duke ect).

I'm more worried about regular teams. Lamar is the smu football of college basketball and gonzaga is amazing. We'll see.

Yes, there student section was impressive. I also enjoyed the sit down Larry chant, reminded me of when our students made rick Pitino cry, except LB is a class act and Pitino is a whiny little [deleted]

. Ok, we will see. They are very well balanced - great guard play and awesome guys in paint. Yes its early but they look just as good as any final four last yr or UConn. We have hardly any match for any position.

Drawing a conclusion about a whole season based on one game against a very good team on the road is stupid. If you are so confident out you money where you mouth is what odds will lay that smu will not make the tournament and how much will you risk?
