Better enjoy his success while his kid is still in school.

If you're actually a father of a football player, I -

1. Feel sorry for your son

2. Hope he transfers so we don't have to hear your asinine comments anymore

Don't know why you would attack him on this assessment, its pretty close to what Hoopmanx said as well when we hired LB. I actually feel there is some real merit to it as well, although I hope both are wrong.

It's their mental weakness, makes them feel smarter to personally attack those they disagree with. They actually don't even disagree, they apparently just like to attack anyone that doesn't blindly support their beloved school.

I'm actually loving Larry and the success of the hoops program but it's fun to tweak these morons once in a while and watch their predictable reactions.

Better to be realistic and live in the moment and really enjoy every day of successful SMU basketball before it's gone. Simple as that, nothing more sinister ladies.

When asked about Markus, listen to what Larry says at the 6:30 mark.

Thanks Alex, good find.

To recap, LB says MK is a good kid who tries hard and has a great future in BB, yet he's not playing because of how SMU operates.

Pretty stinging indictment of RGT if you ask me.

Could SMU miss out on the tourney again this year because of our OOC performance? Absolutely.

I don't think anyone that knows how to read would ever accuse me of not being realistic and borderline pessimistic at times.   I don't blindly support my alma mater, because we have a lot of problems to which I tend to be quite critical, but I still love my school. However, the hate and vitriol that you spout is just ridiculous and mostly baseless. You have no real affiliation with the us and it shows.

there are 16 TCU football players in 2 years that aren't at TCU because of how it operates. You think Gary Patterson was happy about how TCU administration handled its own drug policy with unannounced drug tests or its on campus police arresting football players or its academic probations or declarations of academic ineligibility or involuntary separations of athletes from school premises

How about the 3 UT players ruled academically ineligible before last year's bowl game-2 were later kicked off team too

Incorrect. Not an alum, multiple kids, player's dad. Hindsight being 20/20, didn't do nearly enough research on June and staff, which was totally my fault. Still optimistic the new staff will make up for past incompetence.

Say football Dad I bet your son wishes you would shut your pie hole. Not fare to him that you busted out of the closet and started burning down the house. As an X player parent that's a line you have jumped over and urinated on. You play the game while your there - leave at least the perception that you care. Protect your sons interests. I guess it's to late now ashes everywhere.

yeah you're right, it's not 'fare' ??????

Plenty of CURRENT player parents absolutely trying to burn down the June Jones debacle. As an X PLAYER parent you should just mind your own business. Let me guess, you were probably one of the moronic Jones cheerleaders who still support him to this day?

If so, you were part of the problem we will now spend years trying to fix.

Just watched the clip and crap, LB's reaction is damning. You can clearly see his frustration with the administration or the person who had the authority to sit Kennedy.

You mean the teacher that gave him the poor grade? Surely your not saying that Turner should be involved in changing grades against NCAA rules are you? You people do know this board is a vacuum filled with jock-sniffers whose opinions rarely have any resemblance to reality.

Ummm, Mestengo's take on JJ was about 3 years ahead of everyone else.

He absolutely nailed it.

Mestengo's son went to UCF and Mestengo was by no mean a JJ suck up.

How about you mind your own business, which is clearly not the best interests of our program, and is only your son, and butt out?

But, you still haven't answered my question. If you want to burn this down so much, why don't you just have him transfer? Rectify the mistake you made?

Why are you even on the bball board anyway? Just to troll?
