2003 team played TCU and Baylor close and were at least competitive; they win easily against this year's bunch

Should have beat UTEP except for the Kincade or Briggs (? can't remember the running back) fumble going into the end zone.

Hate to pile on - but this is the worst SMU team I have ever witnessed - in all three phases.

Wow - I remember that fumble. I think he caught a pass out of the backfield, was in a lot of space about to score when he fumbled.
A pretty stunning play at the time.
It is just amazing how inept our offense is.
