Anybody else excited about this game?

Yes, I'm excited about this game but, at the same time, cautious. The Mustangs are coming into the game riding a 'high' after last week's defeat of UA-B. I sure hope they don't pull a TCU!

The story on the homepage about the offense talks about the need to avoid the black hole (so to speak) that followed the TCU win.
I assume the players are all required to read PonyFans.com, so this won't be an issue .... right? :wink:

This is a make or break game for both programs THIS year!

SMU is still right in the mix for the West Division crown.

I know it is only one game but in the East Division, undefeated UCF plays and probably loses to USM at USM who has one loss like my Pirates. A win would send us next week to Memphis who has a ton of injuries and then homecoming with UCF.

This conference divisional set-up is going to be fun!
