Ticket brokers must have a lot of seats

Postby SMU 86 » Tue Nov 25, 2014 10:42 pm

Arkansas fans everywhere. Even had a suite. I know a few SMU people gave some tickets to Arky fans but I think the ticket brokers are the reason we saw so many Arky fans.

Makes sense. Also makes me feel better to know that that many SMU fans aren't that low to sell their tix for a good matchup.

More Arkansas fans than past years? I think some of it can be attributed to the rough start too, plus the price of tickets went up a lot. Probably quite a few fans trying to help recover some of their season ticket cost.

Even when scUM comes into Ohio State, there's plenty of their fans there and vice versa, that's just a rivalry game for you. I'd be more alarmed if it was that many Memphis fans, something that isn't a rivalry and far away from Dallas. I'm just speculating. The people on PF are really loyal, my experience with a lot of Dallas teams is hopping on the bandwagon and right now the team is facing some adversity so that could be a bit of the reason too. Not sure if you guys agree.

Good amount of pig fans there but I barely heard them the entire game.

I think a broker holds almost a whole row behind me.

Isn't there an allotment for the visiting school? My seats are surrounded by opposition fans. I figured since I was in the rafters that I was near the allotment area.

Yeah normally the visiting gets so many rows behind the bench and then like a corner section.

I am in an upper corner and I remember with Memphis last year there were 2 or 3 rows of Memphis fans nearby. Pretty sure with them all together they were allotment and not stubhub or various season ticket sellers.

Ticket brokers are messing us up. There is almost a 2 rows of seats around me that they have. Different people each game in good seats. Razorbacks everywhere this last game.
