My I suggest you start a thread dedicated to the confirmed staff and their experience. You could add as we get others in board. It would be nice to be able to go to one post and get the full picture with other threads dedicated to each individual hire.

Mathis was such a good get for ya'll. Desoto is one giant pipeline for NCAA/NFL talent.
Also, it was mentioned on the GoMeanGreen board, but the Mathis hire might also be to gain more respect/inroads in shoring up the division between SMU/the black community in Dallas.

I would say the emphasis on GA's is what is concerning. Great that they can tweet and relate to recruits, but can they draw up a great game plan to win games every week?
