Hard to believe there are that many possible D1 players that close to campus.

Indeed, there are!

Being from the GHA, I have a natural disposition to not like DFW, but damn...DeSoto, South Oak Cliff, Mansfield, Arlington, DeSoto/Cedar Hill, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Frisco....recruit & sign the top 5% from those programs and you've got a national title contender IMO.
