Clemson vs OU Bowl Game

Deshaun Watson will most likely have surgery on his knee and be out for this one. If any of you have watched Clemson at all this year without Watson---our offense is really, really limited. Cole Stoudt might be one of the worst QBs in D1. Has completely lost all confidence and is a turnover machine.

Not liking our chances at all if Stoudt plays. Defense might keep us in it, but Stoudt might be solely responsible for 2 Oklahoma TDs, and I'm not even being facetious.

Side note...freshman WR Demarre Kitt announced tonight he's transferring from Clemson. Don't know if he'd have any interest in SMU, as he's a Georgia boy, but you can bet your [deleted] Chad will be giving him a call. Kid can play.

We are kinda pissed about this game. Watson needs ACL surgery and I don't think beating Oklahoma is an average bowl is worth slowing his rehab. Sit him, play Stoudt, and hope we don't get blown out.

rewind to pre-season and everyone felt pretty good about Stoudt's ability to run the offense; 5th year guy who had always looked good in mop up duty and had a good spring. Let's just hope he can find himself against OU and go out on a high note, because I agree he has looked awful at times this year

Stack the box and make OU run. Unless Trevor Knight, Sterling Shepard and Perine play, it shouldn't be an issue. Both QB's are not very accurate.

That's usually the norm on sports boards. We have Johnny Utah and Sabin as perfect examples.
