He interviewed at SMU

This. He was the runner up to Morris. They both interviewed the week of homecoming and apparently Hermann blew away SMU. Morris won out based on Texas connections

Not surprised that Herman impressed give what I've read about him. How fortunate that we had two great candidates.

Good hire for Tulsa. He's not the recruiter that Morris is, but damn he knows how to run an offense.

The recent hires in the AAC actually make the #AmericanRising work now. haha

I'm glad the AAC teams are making hires like this. We want others to be good, so that when we hopefully go undefeated in the conference ( :p ) it'll matter.
